Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Beige ("Beige," "we," "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Beige creator analytics platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in to Beige, we collect your email address and authentication identifiers provided by your identity provider.

Data from connected platforms.When you connect a TikTok, Instagram, or Twitter account to Beige via OAuth, we access only the data authorized by the scopes you approve on the connecting platform's consent screen. For TikTok, this currently includes:

• user.info.basic — your TikTok open ID, avatar, and display name, used to identify the connected account inside Beige.
• user.info.profile — your TikTok bio, profile link, and verification status, displayed on your Beige profile page.
• user.info.stats — your TikTok follower count, following count, and total likes, used to render engagement trends in your dashboard.
• video.list — your public TikTok videos and their metadata (title, cover, duration, view count, like count, comment count, share count), used to display your content and performance history in Beige.

We also receive OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens from these platforms so that we can continue to fetch this data on your behalf until you disconnect the integration.

Usage information. We collect basic usage and diagnostic information about how you interact with Beige (for example, which pages you view) in order to maintain and improve the Service.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the Service;
• Display your TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter data back to you in unified analytics views;
• Compute historical performance snapshots so you can see how a video's stats change over time;
• Maintain the security and reliability of the Service;
• Communicate with you about the Service.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train machine learning models. We do not share your data with advertisers.

3. How we store and protect your data

Your data is stored in a Supabase-hosted Postgres database on encrypted infrastructure in the United States. Authentication tokens and other credentials are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to Beige personnel on a least-privilege basis.

4. Data retention and deletion

We retain data from connected platforms only while the relevant integration is connected. You can disconnect any connected platform at any time from your Beige account settings. When you disconnect:

• We revoke the OAuth tokens on the connected platform;
• We stop fetching new data from that platform on your behalf;
• We delete your stored tokens and, upon request, the associated platform data.

You can request full deletion of your Beige account and associated data at any time by emailing zyudenfriend@gmail.com.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate Beige (for example, our database host) and only to the extent necessary for them to perform their services. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Beige, our users, or the public.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate personal data;
• Delete your personal data;
• Withdraw authorization for any connected platform at any time;
• Export your data in a portable format on request.

7. Third-party platform terms

When you connect a TikTok, Instagram, or Twitter account to Beige, your use of those platforms continues to be governed by each platform's own terms of service and privacy policy. Beige adheres to the developer policies of each platform we integrate with, including TikTok's Developer Terms of Service.

8. Children's privacy

Beige is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify account holders by email or through the Service prior to the changes taking effect.
