Terms of Service

Effective April 23, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Beige (the "Service"), a creator analytics platform operated by Beige ("Beige," "we," "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. The Service

Beige provides a dashboard that aggregates a user's own creator-account data from supported third-party platforms (currently TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter) for the purpose of unified performance analytics. Beige accesses third-party platform data only after you explicitly authorize the connection through the platform's OAuth consent flow.

3. Your content and data

You retain all rights to the content and data you submit to, or that Beige receives on your behalf from, connected platforms. You grant Beige a limited license to store, process, and display that content and data within the Service solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You can disconnect any connected platform, or request deletion of your account and associated data, at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or to data that is not yours;
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Service;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
  • Use the Service to access or aggregate data from any account that has not been authorized through the platform's OAuth consent flow.

5. Third-party platforms

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter. Your use of those platforms is governed by the platforms' own terms of service and privacy policies. Beige is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms. Beige complies with the developer policies of each platform it integrates with, including TikTok's Developer Terms of Service and the Meta Platform Terms.

We may add, remove, or modify platform integrations at any time. Connected platforms may also change or revoke access to their APIs at any time, which may affect features of the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, text, logos, and other content created by Beige — is owned by Beige and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to access and use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that data fetched from third-party platforms will always be accurate or complete.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beige and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the amount you paid Beige in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify account holders by email or through the Service prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
